In one week you can join Marty McFly and Doc as the two go “where they don’t need roads.” In selective theaters, on October 21, the three movies are being played back-to-back-to-back. The triple feature will pay homage to the 30th anniversary of the movie, which happens to take place on the date dubbed as “Back to the Future Day”: Marty’s return from the future on October 21, 2015 at 4:29 PM.
Back to the Future was created by Robert Zemeckis in 1985. The story debuted its second and third parts nearly five years later, Back to the Future II in 1989 and Back to the Future III in 1990. The basic premise of the trilogy is teenager Marty McFly, portrayed by Michael J. Fox, and his friend Dr. Emmett Brown, played by Christopher Lloyd, time-travel through various eras to try and save McFly’s existence. “Marty McFly's having the time of his life.
